Polaris Education Foundation is run by its officers, who answer for every program. Adult advisors and coaches work alongside the students, and the students lead clubs and programs through the Polaris Youth Council.

- Makes final decisions on council initiatives and resolves conflicts.

- Leads robotics and STEM programming — workshops, build sessions and STEM outreach events.
- Supports FTC Team 21868 activities and connects interested members to the team.
- Covers cybersecurity, including the CyberPatriot team.
- Partners with the Event Leader to plan STEM-themed community events.
